I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the biggest predictors of positive therapeutic outcomes. That’s why I like to start with giving you a FREE 15-minute consultation for us to chat, connect, and see if we will be a good match!

Here’s how it works:

  • Step 1.

    Contact me by email to book your FREE 15-minute telephone/video consultation. This step allows us to chat openly to learn more about each other and determine if we will be a match for what you are looking to get out of your therapy! Since the therapeutic alliance is foundational to effective therapeutic outcomes, let’s ensure you feel comfortable before moving forward!

  • Step 2.

    Book a Session! Once you know we are a good fit and you would like to move forward, you may choose to book your first session and any additional follow-up sessions using my online booking system. It is typically recommended to book a couple sessions ahead to “lock in” any specific days/times you feel may work best for your schedule and secure the appropriate spacing between sessions that you are looking for.

  • Step 3.

    Participate in ongoing therapy sessions! Therapy begins with an Intake session to learn more about your presenting concerns and allow me to tailor your treatment to you. An intake form will be emailed before the first session for you to fill out. In your first appointment, I may ask you a couple more questions beyond what you have written on your form to learn about your goals, and determine the next steps for individualizing your ongoing therapy sessions!
